You can be a part of this exciting trend through Edinboro’s new Bachelor of Science in Fermentation Science program. The coursework is rigorous, heavy with upper-level biology and chemistry lab courses, providing you with robust training for the job market. As a fermentation scientist, you could be at the heart of many rapidly growing businesses. This degree incorporates the basics of chemistry and biochemistry, emphasizing quality control and analysis within the fermentation process; including yeast (and other microbes), water chemistry and product analysis.
