Hotel and Restaurant Management
The hotel and restaurant management degree program at Niagara University prepares students for management careers in the global hospitality industry. Upon completion of the B.S. degree in hotel and restaurant management, the student is prepared with competencies to be successful in a number of hospitality careers: marketing and sales, front desk or housekeeping management, restaurant management, dining room management, casino and resort management, catering management, convention services management, and in-flight catering, just to name a few.
HRM students selecting a concentration in hotel planning, development and operations can select a focus from: operational planning and control or property development; HRM students with a concentration in food and beverage management can select a focus from: entrepreneurship or food and beverage operations management; and HRM students concentrating in luxury hospitality operations can select a focus from: resort and spa management or club management.
