The University of Washington’s Construction Management Program is one of the most recognized and awarded programs in the Pacific Northwest, and in the country. There are two undergraduate programs to choose from: a B.S. in Construction Management and a five-year Dual Degree program in Architectural Studies and Construction Management.Aspart of the College of Built Environments, our studentsbenefit from working with the Architecture, Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture disciplines as well.
UW students compete annually in regional and national competitions against other CM programs, and have placed in the top three for nearly every competition they have entered. For the past 40 years, our job placement rate has been nearly 100% and our graduates work in all areas of construction management: commercial, heavy-civil and residential – as well as specialized areas such as marine construction, mechanical and electrical services and green- building.
