Toledo, OH
College of Engineering
At The University of Toledo College of Engineering, we recruit a graduating class, not a freshman class. We are deeply committed to student success, whether your field of study is bioengineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a field of engineering technology.
In addition to taking classes and completing research in the 40-acre, $21 million multi-building engineering complex, you will work with world-renowned faculty and have the opportunity to complete co-ops, which are semester-long, hands-on work experiences. UT's program has been featured in the national publication Best of the Co-Op, and UT engineering students have done co-ops in more than 40 states and 20 foreign countries, making an average of $10,000 a semester. And this will pay off even more after graduation, with some of the top companies in the world — like Intel, Honda, Microsoft, BP Oil, Eli Lilly and Aeroquip — recruiting UT engineering students.
